Calvary Chapel Bonney Lake (CCBL), is a Church-plant mission of Calvary Chapel Olympia. Our parent church, Calvary Chapel Olympia, has planted over half a dozen churches in the last 20 years in placed such as Yelm (which has since plated a new church in Montesano), Centralia, Aberdeen, Shelton, Sequim, and even Russia, Albania and Nigeria.

How Calvary Chapel Bonney Lake got its start:

CCBL began as a mid-week bible study meeting Wednesday nights at Mt. View Jr. High School in 2004. We met for this mid-week bible study for a little over a year, and then began meeting for Sunday services in February 2005 at the Swiss Park main hall.

What we feel as leaders in Calvary Chapel churches is that it is not us, the pastors or teachers, or even congregants that raise up new churches, it is the Lord Jesus that builds His church. We are only here to be faithful to that calling. If it is the Lord's will, He who will provide for its growth abundantly. We feel that this is the case with CCBL, and we look forward to God's provisions along the way as it grows in attendance, love, and influence in the community.
